      • We deliver to all parts of Australia and New Zealand
      • At the online checkout, you will be prompted to choose whether you would like to pick your order up from Byron Bay, arrange your own shipping, or have us arrange shipping, which will be    quoted and invoiced separately.
      • NZ customers are responsible for any import charges
      • You will be given a tracking number as soon as your order is sent. Please be aware that Organic Tees cannot be held responsible for any courier or postal delays.

      Returns

      • We do our absolute best to ensure you know what you are getting prior to ordering.
      • Please get in touch if you would like some blank samples prior to committing to a large order.
      • If you are printing with us, we provide a visual proof for you to approve prior to printing.
      • Printed goods are unable to be returned or refunded.
      • Blank goods can only be returned or refunded if there is genuinely something wrong or if we have made a mistake. You must be in touch with your claim within three days of receiving your order.
      • We are unable to accept returns or refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
      • Once you have ordered and paid or an invoice has been sent, your order is locked in.
      • If you change your mind or cancel your order, you will be charged a 50% restock fee to cover part of the losses incurred by your cancellation.
